Delivery and Returns
All our gemstones are tested by a Gemmological Association of Great Britain Gemmologist in London and we make every effort presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However the images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual product.
Orders and Deliveries
Stock items will normally be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of acceptance of an order, which will be confirmed via email. We will send you another email with the unique tracking number once the item has been dispatched.
Items for delivery within the UK will normally be sent using Post Office “Special Delivery” services and the cost of this will be covered by us.
Orders to destinations within the EU and other World destinations will normally be sent using “Royal Mail Signed For” or “Royal Mail Airsure” (depending on local mail restrictions) and the cost of this will be likewise covered by us.
Other courier services can be used on request. You may contact Treasurion for a quotation of an alternative service.
We recommend placing your orders early at particularly busy times, (such as Christmas) to make allowances for delivery delays. Treasurioni will not be liable for any delays in the delivery date.
All deliveries require a signature so please supply us with an address at which a parcel can be signed for. Within the UK, if you miss a delivery it should be taken to your nearest Royal Mail sorting office where you can arrange redelivery or to collect it.
Risk of Treasurion products shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the products, or where the buyer fails to take delivery at the agreed time, at the time of the delivery was attempted.
Title of the Treasurion merchandise shall not pass to the buyer until payment of the price has been made in full.
Acceptance of Order
Once your order has been placed and payment cleared, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order and estimated delivery date. We reserve the right not to accept your order, if for example: the item is out of stock (purchased at same time not though the website); shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; payment has been declined; or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
If a product is out of stock (jewellery range) we will treat your order as a ‘made to order’ purchase and will inform you of the expected delivery date. If the delivery time is not suitable, you may cancel your order by email within 5 days of us sending you the estimated delivery date. In these circumstances, we will make a full refund to your credit card within thirty days.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and therefore are the only people entitled to transact through this site. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site.
Price and Payment
The price of Treasurion's products shall be as stipulated on the website. You will be billed in GBP and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. Treasurion will not be liable for any variances in price due to exchange fluctuations.
The total purchase price, will be displayed in your shopping bag prior to confirming the order. For overseas deliveries, you – as the buyer – are responsible for any other taxes or duties (such as import duties) payable on ouri products. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Treasurion constantly checks to ensure that all prices shown on the site are accurate. We cannot however guarantee that no errors have occurred. Should an error in the price of a product occur we will give the client the option of re-confirming the purchase of the product at the correct price or cancelling the order. If Treasurioni is unable to contact the client, the order will be considered cancelled.
Treasurion reserves the right to change the price of products offered on the website at any time and without prior notice.
Treasurion uses Paypal to process payments, which accepts most credit and debit cards. Payments are processed at the time of ordering, however we only process orders that have been screened and accepted by PayPal. For details of countries and cards accepted by PayPal, visit www.paypal.co.uk.
You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our site, however, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
PayPal is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We do not hold your payment card details on our website or on our database and assume no responsibility for the provision of this service or for any financial loss incurred through the use of the PayPal payment service.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not authorize payment, we cannot process the order.
In the event that your order is flagged by a ‘warning’ or ‘caution’ from PayPal, we will contact you for further information required. Without this further information being given within 3 working days, we will cancel your order and you will be refunded by PayPal.
When giving address details please note that there is a difference between the delivery address and invoice address areas of the order form. Your billing address is where your credit/debit card is registered to.
If you would prefer to make a payment via a bank transfer, please get in touch for arrangements to be made. Orders will only be dispatched when your payment has cleared and been received. Please note that this can take up to 5 working days.
Returns Policy and Cancellation of Your Order
We understand that you may sometimes want to return items that you are not happy with. Should you wish to return an item please contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. We are able to accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is strictly unworn, in perfect condition, and is returned with its original packaging. Please note however that products ‘made to order’ cannot be returned under any circumstances.
You must return the Treasurion's product to us at your own cost.
If you return the item in good condition within 14 days of delivery, then you will receive a full refund less delivery charges. You remain fully responsible for our goods until they are received at our premises. Returned items must be sent by recorded delivery as no responsibility can be taken for lost goods in transit. Where returned products are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
The buyer shall inspect the products immediately on receipt and shall notify Treasurion by e-mail within 7 days if the products are damaged or do not comply with any of the Agreement. If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer will be deemed to have accepted the products.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the products shall be returned by the buyer to Treasurion within 14 days of delivery. In the unfortunate event that your product is in fact faulty, Treasurion will pay for your return postage. We will either give you a full refund including the delivery charges or provide a replacement product including delivery charges.
Returned items must be clearly marked with the order confirmation number in order to obtain a refund or replacement.
If your item is to be exchanged it will be sent within 5 working days of receiving your return, subject to availability.
