The terms and conditions for use of the Treasurion website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the Delivery Information and Returns Policy.
Our primary method of communication with you is by email. Therefore please ensure the email address you provide us with is correct. All order and despatch confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide. In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we will contact you either by email or by telephone. Again, please ensure the contact telephone numbers you provide are accurate.
Once you have completed the checkout process we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Your not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions
Your order not passing our verification checks.
When your order is placed, the funds for your order will be ‘pending’ ready for us to ‘collect’ when we despatch your order.
Goods will not be despatched until payment collection has been successful.
We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.
We will provide you with a tracking number assigned to your package by our shipping provider. You will be able to track it yourself on their website and may also contact us to update you on the progress.
EXPECTED ARRIVAL OF DELIVERIES
All orders received online at Treasurion are processed and despatched as promptly as possible.
Delivery times stated are subject to our shipping partners and the order approval.
All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than our fault), we will notify you and store the products. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge you for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.
A signature may be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.
Even though packages are sent via secure courier, on rare occasions losses whilst in transit occur. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Treasurion.
All payments are subject to the approval by our payment processor. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering from the Treasurion you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order, or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information.
All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.
PRICES AND CHARGES
We try to ensure that all product information and pricing displayed on this website is correct and up to date at the time you place an order. We verify pricing at despatch and in the event of an error the following policies will apply:
Actual price lower than price shown at time of ordering – at our discretion we will charge you the lower amount and despatch the product.
Actual price higher than price shown at time of ordering – we will either contact you to discuss whether you wish to continue with the order, or cancel the order and send you an email confirming the cancellation.
All delivery charges are shown as a separate line item on the order summary page.
We may offer a seasonal sale for a limited time period. It applies to selected items only, while stocks last and are subject to availability.
No cash alternative can be offered.
Treasurion reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, promotion code or discount.
Only one discount can be used per single transaction.
All items have been available to consumers at the normal retail price for at least 28 consecutive days in the last six months.
If you believe the product you received is faulty you may contact us about about our guarantee. You will need to include a copy of receipt. Treasurion will then implement full remedial work at no expense to you.
The guarantee does not cover loss or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. The guarantee does not cover branded products. Neither does the guarantee cover any watches. This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee is not transferable and does not affect your statutory rights.

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.
Please note, orders can only be refunded once received back at our Office.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept items that have been made to order, engraved, personalised desigs or altered to your specifications.
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
Please be aware that refunds for purchases made using 3rd party tender types may not be possible on the same day. If this is the case, our customer service will advise you and keep you updated with progress.
Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer’s specifications may not be returned. In such cases you may not be able to return your goods if they are unwanted; however, if you experience problems with your goods or order then please contact us by email.
Please Note: When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.
